What We Do

The shelter is managed under the direction of the Guernsey County Sheriff's Office.  The county's dog warden is embedded as the entity responsible for operations, assuring our county's dogs are passionately and legally cared for. Its design is an intimate facility with a cozy space, that projects the necessity for easy and efficient placement.  Our animals are desperately awaiting their forever homes.  They are altered and vetted, and ready to pick out their human.  Could that be you?

Advocacy

With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with this challenge. Advocacy is something that we take very seriously, and our team is working each and every day to make a positive impact. Contact us to learn more about our commitment to this cause.

Support is by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress in this area. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.
